I confess—we're sweet on California, having lived there for many years and experienced its many pleasures. So we're proud of this splendid sauce with its sweet fruity, gingery, garlicky lusciousness spiked with a proprietary Habañero Blend. This is wonderful on chicken and duck. We use it on lamb kabobs as well as on shrimp and scallop kabobs. Use it to marinate peppers and onions before grilling. A truly delicious sauce.
