As I've said before, I love California and its marvelous mix of landscape, people and cuisine. And this is a wonderful example of a luscious California-style hot sauce—rich with the flavors of garlic, key lime juice and Habañero peppers with their characteristic fruity taste. Use this luscious sauce on ceviche, eggs, on all seafood and fowl. I've thought of using some in Key Lime Pie but have never gotten around to it. If any of you ever do, please let me know how you liked it! Ingredients: carrots, Habañero, garlic, Key Lime juice, vinegar, salt, extra virgin olive oil, spice. From California. 5 oz.
